- We lead you through an initial discussion about the project. We’ll explore your needs and challenges.
- After our initial discussion, we’ll develop a mutually-approved scope of the project document.
- We then will estimate the amount of time to successfully deliver the project.
- Once you hire us, we’ll connect you with a single point of contact and assign the resources necessary (UI, SME, QA, PM) to successfully complete the project.
- We’ll provide you credentials to access the demo server, for work reviews during the project.
- We provide on-going communications with clients via tools like Skype, Zoom, Google Meet and within the team via Basecamp, Trello, and Asana. We offer weekly demos during the project development, allowing constant feedback.
- We use tools like SVN, Bitbucket, and Github as the repository for code management.
- Upon final approvals, we push the project into production.

We started cmsMinds in 2009, in Ahmedabad (Gujarat), India. Our core business was custom development for web and mobile projects. Over time, we added CMS projects using Drupal, WordPress, and Sharepoint and added expertise in industries like healthcare and education.
We have successfully delivered a number of healthcare projects to help clients with the changing set of requirements (new regulations, electronic health records, patient record management), as well as education projects (online classes, virtual training), adding value to each client’s business model.
