Sr. Drupal Developer
Job Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience building Drupal websites.
- Experience working Drupal 6/7 CMS.
- Functional Knowledge of full stack development (Apache, MySQL, PHP).
- Experience working with Git & Drush.
- Proven ability to debug code.
- Ability to convert design files into a fully-functional site.
- In-depth understanding of cross-browser/client responsive development.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Lead and manage the team
- Accountable for the team's performance, work satisfaction and growth.
- While completing all of the above duties you must maintain excellent communication with the clients while managing their expectations
Experience: 3 + years
- Experienced WordPress/PHP Developer.
- Proficient in coding PHP, HTML, jQuery, CSS.
- Experience building and extending large-scale custom WordPress websites.
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding troubleshooting/problem-solving abilities.
- Any design experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc a plus.
- Experience in API Integration with third-party services.
- HTML/CSS CODING
- Ability to lead the team and handle pressure and demands.
- Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends.
- Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication and inter personal skills.
- An effective team player with good leading capabilities.

Business Development Executive / Manager
- Prospect clients using online portals and cold calling
- Generating new clients through cold calling / email marketing / online portals.
- Interact with clients for their technical requirements.
- Strong Analytical, technical, Sales & Marketing fundamentals along with good sales negotiation skills.
- Writing proposals, RFP, RFI responses for prospects and clients & close deals.
- Prior IT industry or educational background would be helpful, but not required.
- Manage & coordinate with client from project estimation to delivery.
- Devising new and innovative business development plans and strategies.
- Should have good written and oral communication skills.

- Identify and develop business opportunities for the service offerings.
